Who We Are
Our journey began in 2014 with Heather at the helm in Palmerston North, New Zealand. Recognising a gap in the market, Heather laid the foundation for what would become AllTrain Ltd. The company's mission was clear: to provide comprehensive heavy machinery and vehicle training nationwide.
In June 2020, Maria inherited AllTrain Ltd. from Michael’s late mother, Heather. With a background in customer service spanning diverse industries, Maria brings a unique perspective to the table, ensuring quality training experiences for clients across New Zealand. Her dedication to honesty, quality, and integrity is evident in everything AllTrain does. While Maria brings her expertise to the table, Michael's experience in agriculture contracting and farming adds a practical aspect to the company.
In 2026, AllTrain expanded its reach with the opening of a new training location in Levin. This milestone marked an exciting step forward for the company, making their services more accessible to clients throughout the lower North Island. The Levin site reflects AllTrain’s continued growth and commitment to providing high-quality, practical training closer to the communities they serve.
What We Do
At AllTrain, we pride ourselves on being a premier provider of thorough training programs nationwide. Our journey began with a focus on Forklifts, Wheel Tracks & Rollers (WTR), Dangerous Goods, and Truck Mounted Crane Training, catering to the needs of various industries across the country. Over the years, our curriculum has expanded significantly to encompass HT from class 2-5, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform, and Class 1 Driving Lessons, among others. Each member of our team brings extensive industry experience to the table, ensuring unparalleled expertise and practical insights in our comprehensive training courses tailored to meet the needs of individuals and businesses throughout New Zealand.

Taking the reins in June 2020, Maria's journey with AllTrain began when she inherited the business from Michael's late mother, Heather. As a Driver Trainer for Class 1 vehicles and a key contributor to marketing and administration efforts, Tracy plays a pivotal role in the success of the company. With a background in real estate spanning over a decade, Tracy's transition to the training industry may seem unconventional, but her customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills make her a natural fit for the role. Since joining AllTrain, Tracy has been instrumental in driving the company's growth, from creating marketing materials to providing top-notch driving instruction. Her dedication to professional development and commitment to delivering exceptional service make her an invaluable member of the AllTrain team.

Trainer
Francious "Frans" Nel is an integral part of the AllTrain team, serving as the primary trainer for Class 2-5, Forklift, WRT, and DG courses. With a rich background that includes serving as a traffic logistic personnel in South Africa and later owning a trucking company, Frans brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. Since joining AllTrain in October 2022, he has been committed to providing top-notch training services with a touch of warmth and understanding. Frans's dedication to helping individuals achieve their goals shines through in every session, making him a valued member of the AllTrain family.

Office Assistant
Ranae is part of the AllTrain team as our Office Assistant, keeping things organised behind the scenes two days a week. Friendly, reliable, and always ready to help, she supports the team with day-to-day admin and helps keep the office running smoothly.
Outside of AllTrain, Ranae plays hockey for the local Marton team, bringing that same energy and team spirit into everything she does. She is also the talented baker behind Bayka, her own gluten and dairy-free baking business.
